Many congratulations go out to PHPFreaks.com this week for the passing of their one year anniversary!

One year ago this week, I set out on my journey to make PHP Freaks. This article will give you a brief story of how and why this site came to be. Overall, it's an interesting read on how this site rose out of a personal site with code snippets, allowing everyone to use and abuse them. They also list some milestones that they have crossed, and when they crossed them (I wish I'd kept track like this). And, of course, they tie it all up with "what's next" and a "how can you help" sections.

So, congrats again to PHPFreaks on passing the one year mark! Keep up the good work over there!
