What would the start of a week be without the latest PHP Weekly Summary from the folks over at Zend...

This week's edition highlights the TODO list of things that are needed before PHP5 can come out (as created by Sterling Hughes). Also mentioned, of course, was the release of the PHP 4.3.3RC1 distribution to the public. As always, bugs and feedback is always appreicated.

A few other smaller things were also mentioned this week, including the upcoming International PHP Conference and their call for papers. Also, there are some issues on the MySQL/PHP front that might make compiling PHP a little bit different in the future (licensing troubles).
