If you've been looking for a way to introduce a discussion forum into your site, but haven't had the time or the resources to write your own, this new article from DevShed might be just what you need.

In Talking The Talk (A phpBB Primer) they introduce you to the phpBB system and how you can implement it in your own site. Of course, they tell you about the files that are included with the distribution as well as what you'll need to set up (as far as databases and all) to get the forum working (Unfortunately, as of the time I'm posting this, their images are broken for some of the interface screens, but I'm sure it will be corrected shortly). They even show you how to set up users so they can moderate the content in the different forums you create.

I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with all that the phpBB folks have come up with on this little project. In fact, it's even the one that we use over on our PHPDN Forums as well!
