For all of the fans of the PHP editor for Windows - PHPEdit, there's some good news! The project has now been made open source under the QPL license (seen here).

They even have a CVS server set up and working for you to download the source code from to get hacking away. For more details on where to get this source, check out their download page for the CVSROOT and user/server. It looks like a pretty open license covering their source, which leaves a lot of freedom for the anxious developers out there, ready to dig into the code and see how this baby works...
