First off, from Zend this morning, there's this week's latest PHP Weekly Summary.
This last week wasn't too overly exciting, but there were a few things that were worth mentioning - everyone's hunkered down working on the new PHP release. One of the things that's talked about here is the issues that are being have with 64-bit users and some compatibility testing they've been doing. There's some discussion of these tests, as well as a small tutorial to help C developers write "clean 64 bit code".
Some of the other issues that were mentioned this week included: a few undocumented .ini options (mostly having to do with mssql), some superglobals issues, and a fix for the broken htmlentities function (fixes Cyrillic support).
