Using a tool called HTML2hpp, the folks over at phlab.net have created the Windows version of the docs from the HTML of the MySQL website and docs.

Everyone who likes MS HTML Help (.chm extension) can now obtain complete conversion of MySQL manual into this format. This conversion tries to bring additional functionality and make using of MySQL manual more comfortable. Main features include: Tree-like table of contents, Keywords list, Detailed full-text search, Favorites, One page per chapter, a Toolbar in the top of each page, and Bolded SQL commands syntax and colored examples.
