Well, it's not exactly PHP, but it is a great tool to help you out in getting your site listed on one of the best search engines out there, Google from this Evolt article.

In this piece, the author talks about the Poodle tool that can spider a site and create a similar Googleish listing for it to show you what Google will see (or pretty close to it). I'm not sure how accurate the listings are, but it found all of the links that I had currently. The Evolt article explains some of the reasons why you might not see certain links from your site in this tool, so check on those as well.
