So, all you've been hearing lately is "PHP 5 this" and "PHP 5 that" and you're starting to wonder if there's anything more to this mythical version other than just the hype surrounding it? Well, here's a new site that just might help you keep up with the Jonses.

On this page (part of a personal site, not the PHP.net site), the author has taken upon himself to try to gather as much information about the features of the new release of PHP (version 5) as he can - from the CVS versions and from notes on the mailing lists: PHP5 is coming closer and closer, and with that the Zend engine2.0 will change on how PHP handles OOP. To be ready for this I have made a overview of the new features that will be available when PHP5 finally arrives...for now I have some examples that should show you how the new features will affect you as a programmer when PHP5 arrives.

I think it's great that someone has thrown this together for the new release. There's lots of great reasons that people should be looking forward to the release of PHP5, and this site proves it...
