Also today, over on the PHP Advocacy web site, there's a new interview posted with one of the International PHP Conference attendees - Björn Schotte, president of the conference board. This conference, held in Frankfurt, Germany, is the biggest fair, totally dedicated to PHP. It features an impressive track of sessions, both technical and professional.
This interview covers all the bases about the conference - where it is, what it is, why they're doing it and who all is expected to be there. The same basic conditions as last year : again it takes place at the great Conference Hotel. Again we have a exhibition which is bigger than last year : double-sized exhibition space and also some more exhibitors. That reminds me of the acceptance of the PHP Conference and that companies see the Conference as a good place to promote their commercial products. Also, we won Macromedia as a sponsor and hope that our partnership will last very long.
I'd take a look at the interview, especially if you're going to be around Frankfurt, Germany during November 3-6, 2002 - this conference is growing more and more each year, and I know I, for one, would love to get to attend.
Thanks to Damien for pointing this one out...
