In one of the longer running series from DevShed.com, they discuss the Art of Software Development. The last issue of this series, Delivering Quality, was published back in September. Well, now, to round out the series, they have the very last ideas presented by the author about Software Development - Adding Value.
In this article they talk more about the "after the sale" kinds of things that developers run into and can do to make their customers happier and more likely to come back, should the need arise. There's also a discussion of the one thing that most developer's hate the most - change requests. (I know from personal experience on this one).
This has been a great series from DevShed - and, in my opinion, a must read for anyone developing any kind of software in this day and age, not just web sites.
