Ryan from Zipline Interactive submitted an update about the latest version of their "Function Finder" they've created for Windows (and is mentioned here):

Zipline Interactive has released the second version of their free PHP Function Finder Gadget for Windows Vista. The tool can be downloaded directly from the Zipline Interactive website at: http://www.gozipline.com/23,phpfunctionfindergadget. You can also download the latest version by going to the PHP.net website sidebar page located at: http://www.php.net/sidebars.

This new version is quite a bit smaller (physically) than its predecessors and is rectangular so it fits a bit better alongside other gadgets. They also fixed a bug that was causing a blink to happen when the search was performed.

Grab this latest download here.

On his blog, Bill has posted about a patch for IIS7 running on a Windows Vista machine that corrects an issue with applications that send multiple response headers.

Today we released a patch for IIS7 in Windows Vista that addresses an issue we've seen with CGI applications (especially PHP applications that use the built-in CGI component). The typical symptom is an application that runs using CGI and is unable to support multiple "cookies" for authentication or personalization.

He also links to the Microsoft Knowledge Base article on the topic and to the download for the patch.

As mentioned by php|architect, there's a handy new widget that's been created by the folks over at Zipline Interactive to allow you to search PHP functions right from your desktop.

From the sidebars page on PHP.net:

If you use Microsoft Windows Vista you can now search the php.net function database directly from your desktop. The Microsoft Windows Vista Sidebar is a pane on the right side of your Microsoft Windows Vista Desktop where you can keep useful utilities. The php.net Function Finder will install in this bar giving you direct search access to the php.net database directly from your Desktop.

The actual download can be found over on Zipline's page and comes in the form of a .gadget file you can easily plug in.
