According to <a href="http://www.achievo.org/blog/archives/51-Ibuildings-and-Zend-announce-partnership.html">this new post</a> on his blog, <i>Ivo Jansch</i> is announcing that he and the rest of <a href="http://www.ibuildings.nl/">Ibuildings</a> are going to be the Dutch representatives for <a href="http://www.zend.com">Zend</a>.
