The <a href="http://pfcongres.com">PFCongres</a> PHP conference (in April of 2010) has officially opened its <a href="http://pfcongres.com/cfp">Call for Papers</a> today and will be open until February 8th, 2010.
</p>
<blockquote>
PFCongres is the web development conference in the Netherlands and welcomes everyone, including expert PHP-professionals, ultimate beginners, and everyone in between. Also, we do not only focus on PHP, but welcome talks on front-end and back-end development as well as enterprise related presentations. Please do not hesitate to propose, even if you are not sure your talk fits in our subject range.
</blockquote>
<p>
You can submit your talk idea (accepting both Dutch and English sessions) on <a href="http://pfcongres.com/cfp-submit">their submission form</a>. They're also looking for sponsors for the event to help out with some of the costs of putting on a conference like this. If you're interested in helping out, <a href="mailto:sponsor@pfcongres.com">send them an email</a>.
