If you haven't gotten your tickets for this year's PHPLondon conference, you might want to jump on it and reserve your spot soon. The deadline for the Early Bird discount is about to come up at midnight on February 16th.

We've also got less than 50 tickets left, so there is a good chance we'll sell out before then. The standard price tickets are �100, should there be any left.

You can submit your registration on their site and reserve your spot today or, if you're just looking for some more general information, their main site has it all.

The mystery has been relealed - the php|architect folks have posted about their secret today - a discount on single issues of 30%.

php|architect has two new posts concerning their upcoming php|works conference (in Atlanta, Sept 13-14th) - cone concerning the Call for Papers and the other about a special offer when you register for the conference.

First, the Call for Papers reminder:

There is only one week left for the Call for Papers period for our great upcoming conference php|works 2006. [...] If you have a good idea for a talk, we'd love to hear from you before the Call for Papers is over on June 27th. We offer a great compensation package for speakers that includes a stipend for each talk or tutorial given, as well as an allowance for most travel expenses. We're looking forward to receiving your proposals!

Community News: Zend/PHP Conference & Expo 2007 Site Posted

The official website for this year's Zend/PHP Conference & Expo has been posted with information on dates, some of the sessions and the ability for you to preregister to get the early bird specials. The conference this year will run from October 8th through the 11th and is at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport hotel.

The 2007 conference will bring together PHP practitioners and business managers from around the world for three days of exceptional presentations and outstanding networking events. Join PHP experts and community members who will share their experiences and best practices in a wide variety of sessions.

ZendCon 2007 sessions will cover both the business and technical aspects of PHP. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in in-depth tutorials, case-studies, roundtables and an exhibit hall with leading companies displaying cutting-edge solutions.

So far, only the tutorials (happening on October 8th, first day of the conference) have been posted. These include looks at security in PHP, best practices, and the return of the Zend Certification Crash Course.

One thing of note - if you attended either the ZendCon 2005 or last year (2006) conference, you're eligible for a special discount of around $300 USD off of your registration fees. Check out the conference site for full details.
