If you haven't gotten your tickets for this year's PHPLondon conference, you might want to jump on it and reserve your spot soon. The deadline for the Early Bird discount is about to come up at midnight on February 16th.

We've also got less than 50 tickets left, so there is a good chance we'll sell out before then. The standard price tickets are £100, should there be any left.

You can submit your registration on their site and reserve your spot today or, if you're just looking for some more general information, their main site has it all.

The mystery has been relealed - the php|architect folks have posted about their secret today - a discount on single issues of 30%.

Seasons greetings everyone! The first of two surprises from us today is a great opportunity to combine our recent drop of all DRM protection on our PDFs with an awesome 30% discount on our single-issue prices to stock up on all your favourite past issues of php|architect.

This means that single issues are priced at (about) $3.49 CAD for a few days - all you need to do is pick your favorites from their archive, even their most recent issue.

php|architect - php|works: Call for Papers (Nearing End) & a Special Training Offer

php|architect has two new posts concerning their upcoming php|works conference (in Atlanta, Sept 13-14th) - cone concerning the Call for Papers and the other about a special offer when you register for the conference.

First, the Call for Papers reminder:

There is only one week left for the Call for Papers period for our great upcoming conference php|works 2006. [...] If you have a good idea for a talk, we'd love to hear from you before the Call for Papers is over on June 27th. We offer a great compensation package for speakers that includes a stipend for each talk or tutorial given, as well as an allowance for most travel expenses. We're looking forward to receiving your proposals!

And the special training offer:

Get a free training course valued at $769 when you sign up for a php|works full package. Hurry-space is limited! [...] it's next-to-impossible to come up with a good PHP course that can take place in a single day, both because of the great number of topics to cover and because there is only so much that a person can cram in a single day.

Luckily, we have a solution! For a limited time, we are giving every php|works attendee access to one of our popular training courses free when they sign up for a full conference package!

To get more information on this deal, check out this page on the php|architect site. For more information on the conference, check out its site for location details and to get registered today!
